our philosophy
Pastor Kneipp prescribed a balanced, healthy cuisine in his “Cure of the Five Pillars”. It is also an integral part of our menu.
We serve fresh, tasty, high-quality food. Our chef prefers products from the region and according to the season.
On request, our chef will prepare diets specially tailored to the guest. Please inform us about your intolerance, such as lactose / fructose intolerance.

Our breakfast
The extensive breakfast buffet is prepared with great care and love: a large selection of bread and baked goods, mueslis, cheese and sausage specialties, fruit and juices.
Egg dishes such as scrambled and fried eggs are freshly prepared for you à la minute.

Choice between half and full board
Our half board includes the breakfast buffet and a 3-course lunch menu.
At lunchtime you can choose from various menus, such as vegetarian, basic or delicious wholefood cuisine.
Our reduced diet is also tasty. You will find out for yourself. We also offer food combining and fasting according to FX Mayr.
With our full board, a cold dinner is included with the breakfast buffet and the 3-course lunch menu.
On Sunday we only offer breakfast buffet and cold dinner.
